The purpose of the study was to specify the localities for business development within the national development area RO1 Olomouc. It further examines and clarifies realistic development options in the area with regards to the protection of specific elements of the landscape, limits extension, availability of transportation and energy sources, and overall feasibility. At the same time it fully observes the rules and principles of wise urban land use. The project considered all business development activities of supra-local importance - manufacturing and business areas, storage areas, business and technology parks, logistics and distribution centres.
