Community information and cultural centre consisting of two structures that are positioned to form a new gathering space, a little square or "piazzeta", a space the community had lacked. The main two-floor structure on the northern side of the piazzeta comprises a culture hall with the entire service premises for social events, information centre, community library and Internet café. The neighbouring one-floor structure on the western side of the public space comprises three commercial units to rent (flower shop, café, grocers) and a shelter for bicycles.
