The ground entrance floor is residential, with a dining room connected to a yard and a main residential space linked to the garden. The remaining two floors contain the bedrooms. The uppermost floor includes a terrace. A garage is situated in a detached structure oriented to the street and it creates, in combination with the main structure, a shady entrance yard.
