The conversion of the four-floor partly-cellared house from the early 20th century included overall renovation of the house, redesigning of the stairway core that connects the four residential floors, and creation of a main social space. This is situated on the existing first subterranean floor and continues to an extension oriented into the garden, which is at the same level and is connected through an outdoor terrace. The approach to the conversion was strongly influenced by the shutdown of the "Tišnovka" railway situated in the immediate vicinity of the house.
