Private one-family house with 4 bedrooms is a variation on a theme of a traditional rural house – street front strictly conservative in contrast to a spacious and opened garden extension. Two-floor building in an existing street front is completed with a single-storey form covered with a half span roof and partly sheltered terrace area connected to the garden. Vertical arrangement of the inner space is based on the natural slope of the plot and provides beautiful views to the open landscape.
