Slavonín-north is situated in the southern part of Olomouc, and the estimated number of its inhabitants is 5000–7000. This size, corresponding with typical smaller Czech and Moravian towns, gives the opportunity to build an independent multi-functional city quarter with all the necessary facilities and services. The solution is a clearly legible rational residential structure with clearly defined spaces. The centre of the space is a triangular park and a boulevard, which runs through the entire area.
