Four-floor apartment house delimiting the western side of a newly formed square. The ground floor comprises apartments to rent and joint spaces including garages. The first floor includes 1-bedroom apartments (56 m²) with terraces (18 m²) oriented to the Oslava river and the upper two floors contain maisonettes, each with 1 bedroom (60 m²) and a terrace facing the square (12 m²). In the south, a stone tower is attached to the structure as a symbol of entrance to the town. A bus stop, a bank and one maisonette with 2 bedrooms (112 m²) with a terrace (10 m²) are situated in the tower.
