Single-floor, partly-cellared private house with 4 bedrooms and an integrated double-garage is situated in a upper part of a sloped lot. The entrance floor level is divided into the three wings containing three main functions of the house (social space, rest space and technical facilities). Each wing is designed with different construction heights and colours. The basement floor with relaxation facilities is connected in a natural way to the outdoor garden.
